1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days across India (including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Jammu & Kashmir).
  • Prioirty Shipping: 2-4 business days Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

4. Damages
