Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fajr Buddy, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase of the Fajr Buddy Kit. Please read our policy regarding returns and cancellations below:

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or damage during transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: We will contact you for your Bank/UPI details to process the refund via NEFT/UPI transfer.
