Fajr Buddy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to both the Android and iOS versions of our application.

### 1. Data Collection

Fajr Buddy does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data — including alarm times, NFC tag identifiers, and app preferences — is stored **locally on your device only** (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults) and is never shared with any third party.

### 2. Permissions & Usage

The app requires certain device permissions to function as an alarm clock:

**Both Platforms**

- **NFC (Near Field Communication):** Used strictly to scan your personal NFC tag in order to dismiss an alarm. No tag data is transmitted, tracked, or stored beyond your device.

**Android Only**

- **Display Over Other Apps (Overlay):** Used solely to show the full-screen alarm interface when the device is locked or another app is in the foreground.

- **Wakelock & Exact Alarm:** Used to ensure the alarm fires at the precise time you set, regardless of battery-saving modes.

- **Vibration:** Used for haptic feedback during alarms.

**iOS Only**

- **Notifications (UNUserNotifications):** Used to schedule and deliver alarm alerts at the times you configure. All notification scheduling happens entirely on-device.

- **Audio Playback (AVAudioSession):** Used to play the alarm ringtone through your device speaker. No audio is recorded or transmitted.

### 3. Internet Access

Fajr Buddy does **not** require or use an internet connection for any of its core features. No analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries are included in the app.

Fajr Buddy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children.
